We do not offer refunds once the order has been confirmed and dispatched.

2. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only applicable in case of:
• Defective product
• Wrong item received
• Damaged product at the time of delivery

The customer must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel with clear pictures or video proof.

3. Conditions for Exchange
• Item must be unused and unwashed
• Original tags and packaging must be intact
• Exchange request must be approved by our team

4. Sale Items
Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange or return.

5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer will bear return shipping costs unless the mistake is from our side.
